2. Beach Hose Bar & Grill Club Card offers and discounts are for card holders only and are not transferable

4. Club Card members by becoming a member are agreeing to be bound to these conditions
5. Club Cards cannot be used for Meals on Special
6. Club Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
7. Birthday Gifts may be varied from year to year or cancelled at any time
8. Club Card discounts are strictly only for the Card holders and cannot be transferred, loaned or gifted to another person


Beach House Promotions & Competitions - RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Directors and Employees of Beach House Bar & Grill are not eligible to enter promotions.
2. Employees and/or families of Companies directly associated with promotional activities in the venue, are ineligible to participate in Promotions.
3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
4. All decisions concerning any aspect connected with the promotions will be made by Beach House Bar & Grill, whose decision will be final.
5. Entry to promotions commence and end at the discretion of Beach House Bar & Grill.
6. Participation in the competitions implies acceptance of all rules and conditions.
7. All Rules and By-Laws of the promoter remain in force during the promotion period.
8. The winner may be required to be present at the time of the draw to claim any prize.
9. The total prizes to be won for any competition will be advertising during the competition and may be varied.
10. No proxy may be used on behalf of any winner for any part of any promotion.
11. If for any unforeseen reason a technical problem with a promotion occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to delay the draw within a reasonable amount of time.
12. The Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has not liability to any person for injury (including death) loss of damage (including any liability arising out of any negligent act or omission of the Promoter) whatsoever, however arising in connection with the competition.
13. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the selected winner. Disqualifications will be at the discretion of Beach House Bar & Grill Management and no correspondence will be entered into. If a disqualification results, a redraw may or may not take place following the draw.
14. Any promotion or competition can be ceased at any time without notice.
